  • The Llama’s Legendary Lantern – How Remy the Rabbit Proved That True Light Comes from Kindness, Not Magic Alone

The Llama’s Legendary Lantern – How Remy the Rabbit Proved That True Light Comes from Kindness, Not Magic Alone

High in the foggy hills of Mistwood, where clouds curled around the mountaintops and the stars seemed close enough to touch, lived a wise old llama named Liora. Her fur was soft as snow, and her eyes glowed with a quiet kindness.

But Liora had a secret, she was the guardian of a legendary lantern. This lantern didn’t burn with ordinary fire. It glowed only when held by someone pure of heart. Some said it was lit by ancient starlight, others believed it carried the warmth of a thousand good deeds. Many had tried to claim it, greedy goats, boastful bears, even a sneaky snake, but none had ever made the lantern shine.

    A Visitor from the Valley

One chilly morning, a small creature climbed the hill. It was a young rabbit named Remy, with muddy paws and a hopeful smile. “I’ve come to see the lantern,” Remy said shyly. “They say it can guide the lost and heal the broken.”

Liora tilted her head. “Many have come. None have made it glow.” “I don’t want to own it,” Remy said. “I just… want to help my village. We’ve lost our light.” Liora studied him closely, then stepped aside. “Then try.”

    The Light Within

Remy approached the lantern, a beautiful glass orb resting on an ancient stone pedestal. He touched it gently with his tiny paws. Nothing happened. He stepped back, ears drooping. “Maybe I’m not good enough after all.”

Liora walked beside him. “True light doesn’t come from power. It comes from purpose.” Remy looked back at the lantern and thought of his family, his friends in the valley, and the joy of helping others, of carrying warm bread to neighbours, sharing stories on stormy nights, and planting seeds no one else noticed. Suddenly, the lantern flickered. Then glowed. A soft, golden light filled the mountaintop, chasing away the mist and warming the air like sunshine after snow.

A Lantern Meant to Be Shared

The light pulsed gently, not just in the lantern, but in Remy’s chest. Liora smiled. “You didn’t make it glow with strength or words. You did it with love.”

Remy blinked. “Can I take it?” Liora shook her head. “The lantern doesn’t need to leave. Its light is inside you now. Go, carry it where it’s needed most.”

From that day on, Remy returned to the valley, and wherever he went, kindness bloomed. Lost travelers found their way. Sad hearts grew warm again. And up on the hill, the lantern still shone, quiet and steady, whenever someone with a pure heart stood near. And if you ever see a soft glow through the clouds, high in the hills of Mistwood, you’ll know: the llama is still watching, and the light still lives.

  • The Fox’s Illusionary Tricks – How Felix Used Illusions to Outsmart the Thornbacks and Save the Forest

The Fox’s Illusionary Tricks – How Felix Used Illusions to Outsmart the Thornbacks and Save the Forest

Deep in the heart of the Twilight Woods, where the trees whispered secrets and shadows danced at dusk, lived a clever fox named Felix. His fur shimmered like autumn leaves, and his eyes sparkled with sly wisdom.

But Felix wasn’t just any fox, he was an illusionist. With a flick of his tail and a whisper to the wind, he could make the impossible seem real. He could make a pond look like a meadow, turn pebbles into glittering jewels, or vanish behind a tree that wasn’t really there. Animals often said, “If you see something strange, it’s probably just one of Felix’s tricks!”

    The Trouble with the Thornbacks

One crisp evening, word spread through the forest: the Thornbacks were coming. The Thornbacks were a grumpy gang of porcupines who pushed others around, stole food, and trampled dens without a care.

“They’re headed this way!” cried Tilda the toad. “What do we do?” The animals panicked, except Felix.

“We show them this forest isn’t theirs to take,” he said with a sly grin. “We’ll trick them into turning back, without even touching a quill.”

    The Forest of False Paths

As the Thornbacks lumbered into Twilight Woods, strange things began to happen. First, they walked in circles, again and again, passing the same hollow log.
Then, they saw a giant owl with glowing eyes blocking their way (it was really Felix’s illusion made of leaves and fireflies).
Next, they stumbled into a field that looked like it was filled with treasure, until the gems turned into buzzing bees!

“Is this forest cursed?” grumbled one Thornback. “No,” snapped their leader. “It’s that fox! I heard of his tricks!”

But no matter where they turned, illusions followed, twisting paths, walls of mist, and phantom growls in the dark.

A Clever Ending for a Clever Fox

At last, the Thornbacks gave up and scurried out of the woods, too dizzy and confused to cause any more trouble. The animals of Twilight Woods gathered beneath the moon to cheer for Felix.

“You saved us with nothing but your wit!” said Tilda. Felix gave a little bow. “Illusions don’t hurt anyone, they just help others see what they need to.”

From that night on, Felix became the forest’s magical protector. He still played a trick or two, just for fun, but he used his illusions most wisely, outwitting danger with a spark of cleverness and a whole lot of heart. And if you ever walk through Twilight Woods and see a floating flower or a tree that blinks… don’t worry. It’s just Felix, keeping watch.

  • The Parrot’s Prophecy – How Pablo the Parrot Warned of Storms and Saved the Jungle Bazaar

The Parrot’s Prophecy – How Pablo the Parrot Warned of Storms and Saved the Jungle Bazaar

High above the colorful stalls of Willowvine’s jungle bazaar, nestled in the tallest kapok tree, perched a parrot unlike any other. His name was Pablo, and his feathers glistened like sunlight on water, brilliant greens, deep blues, and shimmering golds.

But what truly made Pablo special wasn’t his dazzling appearance; it was his voice. Pablo didn’t just mimic sounds or repeat what he heard. He spoke, and every word he said seemed to come true.

“Rain tomorrow,” he’d chirp, and by morning, the jungle would be soaked. “Don’t take the rocky path,” he’d warn, and sure enough, a landslide would tumble down. “Banana sale soon,” he’d squawk, and suddenly, bananas were half price!

Soon, the animals began calling him Pablo the Prophetic, and creatures came from all corners of the jungle just to hear what he might say next.

The Day of the Missing Sun

One bright morning, Pablo startled everyone by saying, “The sun will vanish at noon!” Gasps echoed across the bazaar. “The sun? Vanish?” whispered Tilly the tree frog.

No one believed it, until, just as the clock struck twelve, the sky went dark. A solar eclipse covered the jungle in eerie twilight. “It’s true!” cried Miko the monkey. “Pablo saw it coming!”

From that day on, animals trusted Pablo’s every word. But Pablo didn’t just guess, he listened to the whispers of the wind, the rustling of the trees, and the silent language of time itself. Still, Pablo kept one secret prediction to himself… something he hadn’t told anyone.

A Storm, a Secret, and a Surprising Flight

Days later, Pablo warned, “A great storm is coming and someone must fly beyond the cliffs to save the bazaar.” The animals panicked. “Beyond the cliffs? No one ever goes there!” said Rafi the raccoon.

But Pablo fluffed his feathers. “I must go. I saw it in a dream. There’s a hidden switch on the Windstone Peak that will raise the storm shutters.” As the skies darkened, Pablo soared high above the jungle, battling gusts and lightning bolts. With a final flap, he reached the ancient cliff, nestled among stormy clouds.

There, carved into the rock, was the switch. With his beak, Pablo pecked it, and far below, giant canopies rose over the bazaar, protecting it just in time.

The Parrot with the Gift of Tomorrow

When Pablo returned, soaked but safe, the animals cheered louder than the thunder. “You saved us!” Tilly cried. “You really can see the future!” added Miko.

Pablo chuckled and perched on his favorite branch. “Sometimes I see what might happen. But sometimes… it takes a little courage to change what’s coming.”

From that day forward, Pablo used his gift wisely, not just to predict the future, but to help shape a better one.

And if you ever visit Willowvine Bazaar, listen closely, you might just hear a colourful parrot whispering tomorrow’s secrets on the breeze.

  • The Rabbit Who Rode the Wind – A Kids’ Tale About Remy and His Sky-High Journey

The Rabbit Who Rode the Wind – A Kids’ Tale About Remy and His Sky-High Journey

In a meadow where the grass whispered secrets and the moon peeked gently through the trees, lived a young rabbit named Remy. Remy was no ordinary rabbit. While others hopped and nibbled and snuggled in their burrows, Remy dreamed of the wind, of flying, soaring, and drifting high above the world like the clouds he watched every night.

“Someday,” he whispered, “I’ll ride the wind and see where the dreams begin.” Little did he know… the wind was listening.

    The Whisper at Dusk

One evening, just as the stars blinked awake and fireflies painted the dusk, a soft breeze curled around Remy’s fur.

It wasn’t a regular breeze. It shimmered slightly, like moonlight on a bubble. “Are you ready?” it whispered in a voice like a lullaby.

Remy’s ears perked. “Ready for what?” The breeze swirled gently beneath his paws and lifted him, slowly, softly, into the air.

“To ride the wind,” it said. Remy gasped as the meadow fell away and the sky opened wide like a storybook.

    Dreams in the Clouds

Higher and higher they floated, over treetops and sparkling streams.

Clouds shaped like teacups, castles, and cotton candy drifted past. Remy bounced from one to the next, giggling, his whiskers tickled by stardust.

They passed a Dream Whale swimming through the night sky, its fins gliding through stars. “Where do you go, little rabbit?” it rumbled kindly. “Wherever the wind carries me,” Remy replied with a happy twitch of his nose.

A Visit to the Dream Garden

Soon, the breeze carried Remy to a glowing hilltop in the sky, a place known only in dreams, the Moonflower Garden.

Silver vines glowed underfoot, and sleepy blossoms opened only when touched by dreamers. Remy tiptoed through, and the flowers bloomed in soft puffs, one shaped like a toy carrot, another like a favourite bedtime blanket.

The breeze hummed, “These are dreams waiting to be planted.” Remy carefully placed one moonflower in his satchel. “For my little sister,” he whispered. “She’s had scary dreams lately.”

    The Ride Back Home

As the stars yawned and the sky began to soften with early light, the breeze wrapped gently around Remy once more.

“Time to return,” it said. With a sigh and a sleepy smile, Remy nestled into the current, floating down like a feather through dawn’s hush.

He landed softly beside his burrow, the moonflower still glowing in his paw. That night, he planted it outside the den. And when his sister closed her eyes, she dreamed of flying bunnies, wind-whales, and clouds made of marshmallows.

  • The Dolphin’s Crystal Cavern – How Nia Discovered the Seaheart Pearl in the Glowing Underwater Cave

The Dolphin’s Crystal Cavern – How Nia Discovered the Seaheart Pearl in the Glowing Underwater Cave

In the heart of the sparkling sea, where sunbeams danced on the waves and coral reefs bloomed in every colour, lived a playful young dolphin named Nia.

Nia was curious, fast, and always looking for the next big discovery. While the other dolphins played tag in the tides, Nia dove deep, searching for hidden places no one else had ever seen. Her favourite story was of the Crystal Cavern, a secret underwater cave said to be filled with glowing crystals that shimmered with ancient sea magic. One morning, after a strange glimmer caught her eye beyond the reef, Nia knew her adventure was about to begin.

    The Whispering Currents

Nia followed the light through the Coral Maze, her fins brushing past sea anemones and shy clownfish. The currents began to whisper softly.

“Go deeper… follow the glow…” Nia twirled with excitement, flipping joyfully as tiny bubbles swirled around her. The sea grew darker, cooler, and quieter.

Suddenly, ahead of her, behind a curtain of seaweed, she spotted it: a rocky tunnel glowing faintly with soft blue light. “This must be it!” she whispered.

    Inside the Crystal Cavern

Nia swam through the tunnel and into a breathtaking cavern. The walls shimmered with thousands of glowing crystals, purple, blue, green, and gold. They pulsed gently, like they were alive and breathing with the sea.

At the center of the cave was a large crystal shaped like a seashell, glowing brighter than all the others. Nia touched it with her nose. Suddenly, the crystals lit up in waves, and soft music filled the water. “It’s singing,” Nia gasped. “The cavern is alive!”

    A Secret Gift

As Nia explored, she noticed a carving on the wall: “To the brave of heart and pure of fin, the Seaheart Crystal shall awaken within.”

Just then, the central seashell crystal opened with a soft hum, revealing a glowing pearl. It floated gently toward Nia and stopped right in front of her.

The cavern whispered, “This is the Seaheart Pearl, a gift for your courage and kindness. It will light the way whenever the sea is dark.” Nia tucked the pearl safely beneath her fin and bowed her head in thanks.

Home With the Glow of Adventure

When Nia returned to the reef, all the sea creatures gathered to hear her tale.

She showed them the glowing pearl and described the magical crystals, the singing cave, and the whispering water.

From that day forward, Nia was known as the Explorer of the Deep, and the Seaheart Pearl glowed beside her wherever she swam, guiding her through every adventure. Remember, sometimes, the brightest treasures are hidden in the quietest corners of the sea.

The Magical Ferret’s Potion Garden – How Fizzle Restored Magic to His Enchanted Garden with Heartroot and Hope

Deep in the heart of a mossy glen, where mushrooms glowed and butterflies shimmered like tiny lanterns, lived a cheerful little ferret named Fizzle. Fizzle wasn’t just any ferret, he was a Potion Gardener. Hidden behind his ivy-covered cottage was a secret garden where every plant held a magical surprise. From giggle, grass to dream, daisies, Fizzle knew just which flower to pick for every kind of potion.

Each morning, he put on his pointy hat, grabbed his watering can filled with moon dew, and whispered,
“Grow, little wonders. Let magic bloom.”

A Visit from the Worried Badger

One sunny morning, Fizzle was trimming the Tickletuft Bush when his friend Beryl the badger came rushing in.

“Oh, Fizzle,” she sighed, “I haven’t been sleeping well. I toss and turn all night!” Fizzle nodded thoughtfully and led her to a patch of Slumberbells, gentle blue flowers that chimed softly in the breeze.

“These will help,” he said with a smile. “I’ll make you a Sleepytime Syrup.”

He plucked three petals, added a sprinkle of Stardust Mint, and stirred it with a hummingbird feather. The potion glowed a peaceful purple. That night, Beryl slept like a hibernating bear and dreamed of floating on clouds made of marshmallows.

    Trouble in the Garden

But not all was calm. The next day, Fizzle noticed the Laughter Lilies weren’t blooming.

“Oh no,” he whispered, “the garden’s magic is fading!”

A tiny breeze swirled through the air, and a moth-shaped wisp landed on his paw. “The Heartroot Flower is missing,” it said. “Without it, the magic can’t spread.”

The Heartroot was the very first magical plant, hidden deep in the enchanted woods. Without it, the garden’s power would slowly fade away.

    The Quest for the Heartroot

Fizzle packed a satchel of glowberries and set off into the woods. The path twisted and turned, but he followed the glowing pawprints left behind by forest spirits.

He crossed the Misty Pond on stepping stones that sang with every step, ducked under glowing vines, and at last found a quiet grove.

There, bathed in golden moonlight, bloomed the Heartroot Flower, soft, glowing, and warm like a hug.

Fizzle gently dug it up and whispered, “Thank you.”

    Magic Restored

Back home, he planted the Heartroot in the center of his garden. Instantly, the plants shimmered to life. Flowers sang, vines danced, and a rainbow arched overhead.

The garden pulsed with fresh magic, and Fizzle twirled with joy.

From that day on, animals near and far came to Fizzle’s garden for potions that helped them sleep, smile, sing, or dream.

  • Milo and the Talking Badger – How One Boy Learned the Real Secret Behind the Wishing Stones

Milo and the Talking Badger – How One Boy Learned the Real Secret Behind the Wishing Stones

Once upon a time, in the village of Thistlebrook, there lived a curious boy named Milo who loved to collect smooth, colourful stones from the nearby hills. His favorite were the round, speckled ones the villagers called Wishing Stones.

“Legend says they grant one true wish,” Milo’s grandmother often told him. “But only if you know the secret.”

One bright morning, while searching for new stones near Wanderer’s Hollow, Milo heard a rustle in the bushes. He turned and came face to face with a badger wearing tiny glasses and a satchel.

“You’re doing it all wrong,” the badger said flatly. “You won’t earn a single wish unless you learn the old way.”

The Secret Keeper of the Hills

Milo blinked in surprise. “You… can talk?”

The badger sighed and adjusted his glasses. “Of course I can. I’m Bartholomew Badger, guardian of the Wishing Stones. And you, dear boy, have stumbled upon a secret most humans have long forgotten.”

Bartholomew explained that each Wishing Stone holds a piece of ancient forest magic, but the magic only listens to a heart that wishes not just for themselves, but for someone else.

“That’s the real secret,” Bartholomew said. “Unselfish wishes light the stones.”

Milo thought of his little sister, who had been sick for days. He held up the smoothest stone in his pouch and whispered,

“I wish she could run and play again.” Suddenly, the stone glowed with a soft blue light.

A Journey to the Wishing Tree

Bartholomew led Milo through hidden paths and forgotten trails, toward a secret place called the Wishing Tree Glade. Along the way, they passed whispering willows, singing mushrooms, and glowing fireflies that hummed lullabies.

At the heart of the glade stood a massive tree made entirely of crystal bark and glowing leaves. Beneath it, an ancient stone circle shimmered.

“Place your glowing stone here,” Bartholomew said gently.

As Milo set the stone down, the wind rose in a soft spiral, lifting leaves and light around them. The air shimmered. Then, all was still.

“It is done,” the badger said with a kind smile. “Your wish was true and pure. The magic heard you.”

    A Wish Come True

When Milo returned home that evening, the house was quiet. But then he heard laughter from the garden. He ran outside and saw his sister, twirling and dancing in the grass, her cheeks rosy, her giggle full of life.

“Look, Milo! I feel better!” she cheered.

Milo smiled wider than ever before. He reached into his pocket, where the Wishing Stone had once been, but now, there was only a single silver badger whisker, curled like a ribbon.

He tucked it into a jar on his windowsill, where it caught the moonlight every night, reminding him that real magic lives in kindness, and the best wishes are the ones made for others.

  • The Enchanted Elk of Evergreen Forest – A Magical Kids’ Adventure to the Spirit World Beneath the Trees

The Enchanted Elk of Evergreen Forest – A Magical Kids’ Adventure to the Spirit World Beneath the Trees

Once upon a misty evening, in the quiet town of Evergreen Hollow, two adventurous siblings, Ella and Finn, were camping with their grandfather near the edge of the forest. As the campfire crackled and fireflies danced in the air, their grandfather began to tell an old tale.

“Long ago, a glowing elk roamed these woods. They say it guards the doorway to the spirit forest, the hidden world where nature’s magic lives.” Ella and Finn listened wide-eyed. Just then, a soft light flickered between the trees. A tall elk with silvery fur and antlers that shimmered like stars stepped silently into the clearing.

    “It’s real…” whispered Ella.

Following the Glow into the Unknown

Without a sound, the Enchanted Elk turned and walked into the forest. Ella and Finn glanced at each other, and followed.

The deeper they went, the more the forest changed. The trees sparkled with dew that glowed like moonlight. Tiny lights, like floating seeds, drifted through the air.

“Are those fireflies?” Finn asked. Ella shook her head. “I think they’re… spirits.”

The elk paused by a twisted oak. With a stomp of its hoof, a hidden path of glowing stones appeared, curving through the trees. “This way,” said a soft whisper, not from a person, but from the forest itself.

The Hidden World of Forest Spirits

The glowing path led them to a secret glade, where the forest opened into a magical realm. There, willow wisps giggled among the flowers, moss giants snoozed beneath waterfalls, and foxes with leaf tails danced in the shadows.

The Enchanted Elk stood tall in the center of it all. A voice filled the air, not from the elk’s mouth, but from the breeze itself:

“This is the Spirit Forest, hidden from the world of grown-ups. You were chosen because your hearts are open, your feet are kind, and your wonder still burns bright.” The spirits showed Ella and Finn how they cared for every part of the wild, healing trees, singing to seeds, calming storms. The elk bent its head and nudged a small stone toward them.

“This is a seedstone,” said a moss sprite. “Plant it with care, and the forest will always remember you.”

    Saying Goodbye to the Magic

As the stars filled the sky, the elk led the children back to the edge of Evergreen Forest. The glowing path faded behind them, and the night returned to its gentle stillness.

Back at camp, Grandpa was smiling beside the fire. “You saw it, didn’t you?” he asked, eyes twinkling.

Ella and Finn nodded, clutching the seedstone close. The next morning, they planted it beneath the biggest tree in their yard. And every full moon, a soft light glowed there, just like the elk’s, reminding them that magic still lives, for those who believe.

The Secret Zoo at Moonlight Manor – A Magical Kids’ Adventure Where Animals Come to Life at Night

Once upon a time, at the very edge of the sleepy town of Elderwood, there stood an old, ivy-covered mansion known as Moonlight Manor. By day, it looked quiet and abandoned, but at night, when the moon rose high and the stars twinkled, something truly magical happened.

Only children could see it. One such child was Lila, a curious girl who loved sneaking out of her window to gaze at the manor’s silver gates. One night, as the clock struck midnight, she saw the gate swing open on its own.

“Come inside,” whispered a glowing moth. “The zoo is waking up.”

Entering the Zoo That Comes to Life

Lila stepped through the gates and gasped. The garden behind the manor had transformed into a glowing, magical zoo! Animals shimmered in moonlight, a zebra with stars on its stripes, a giraffe with rainbow spots, and even a tiny dragon curled beneath a willow tree.

She was greeted by Oscar, a talking owl in a tiny vest. “Welcome to the Moonlight Zoo,” he said. “Only kindhearted children can see us. And tonight, we need your help.”

The Moonstone, the gem that kept the zoo alive at night, had gone missing, and if they didn’t find it before dawn, the magic would disappear forever.

A Nighttime Quest Through Enchanted Grounds

With Oscar as her guide, Lila journeyed through the zoo’s secret paths. She tiptoed past the snoring cloud lions, crossed the floating lily pads of the koi lagoon, and played a game of riddles with the mirror monkeys.

Each animal offered clues to where the Moonstone might be. Finally, deep inside the Maze of Whispers, guarded by a mischievous chameleon named Chomp, Lila spotted something glowing beneath a crystal tree. “That’s it!” she cried. “The Moonstone!”

But the maze began to shift and close. Thinking quickly, Lila offered Chomp her flashlight, a treasure to her, in exchange for the path out. Chomp blinked. “A fair trade,” he said, letting her go.

Saving the Zoo and a Magical Goodbye

Lila rushed back and placed the Moonstone in its pedestal just as the first rays of morning lit the sky. The zoo pulsed with moonlight one last time before fading away into mist.

Oscar fluttered to her shoulder. “You saved our home. When you grow up, you might forget us… but we’ll never forget you.”

As the gates gently closed, a silver feather landed in Lila’s hand, her keepsake from the magical night.

From that day on, every time the moon was full, Lila would smile, knowing the zoo was still there, waiting for the next child with a kind heart and a spark of wonder.

  • The Dragon in the Doghouse – A Magical Story About a Puppy Who Grows Wings and Learns to Fly

The Dragon in the Doghouse – A Magical Story About a Puppy Who Grows Wings and Learns to Fly

Once upon a sunny morning, a girl named Ella woke up to something very odd. Her puppy, Nibbles, wasn’t barking or begging for breakfast like usual.

Instead, she found him in his doghouse… glowing.

    “Nibbles?” she whispered.

He turned to look at her, and she gasped. Two tiny sparkling wings had sprouted from his back!

Ella blinked. “You’re… not just a puppy anymore!” Nibbles wagged his tail, flapped his new wings, and let out a soft puff of smoke from his nose.

That’s when Ella realized the truth: her puppy was turning into a baby dragon.

    Discovering Dragon Secrets

Ella rushed inside to research everything she could about dragons. She read that some dragon eggs are disguised as puppies to protect them from danger, and when the time is right, the magic inside them wakes up.

“But why Nibbles?” she wondered aloud.

As Nibbles grew small horns and his fur turned to soft blue scales, he snuggled up beside her. He was still her best friend, just a little more magical now.

Ella kept his secret safe, hiding his wings with a hoodie and pretending the smoke from his nose was just “steamy breath” on cold days.

    Trouble in the Backyard

One day, while playing fetch, Nibbles flapped his wings and soared into the air!

“No, Nibbles! Come back!” Ella cried. But it was too late. He crashed into the neighbour’s flower pots, setting off a cloud of sparks and smoke.

Their grumpy neighbor, Mr. Peabody, marched over, waving his garden rake. “That’s no ordinary dog!” he shouted.

Ella knew she had to protect Nibbles before someone tried to take him away. She raced to the doghouse and whispered, “We have to find Dragon Hollow, the place from the stories where magical creatures are safe.”

    Finding a Home for Magic

With Nibbles riding in her bike basket, Ella followed the clues from her book: glowing mushrooms, warm winds in the air, and the sound of humming trees.

They reached a hidden forest glade, where fireflies danced in circles and the trees bent like they were bowing.

Suddenly, a giant golden dragon appeared, its eyes kind. “You’ve brought him home,” it said. “He’s one of us now.”

Ella hugged Nibbles tightly. “Will I ever see you again?” The golden dragon smiled. “When you believe in magic, the door is never closed.” Nibbles licked her one last time and soared into the sky with the others.

Back home, Ella placed Nibbles’ collar on her windowsill and waited every night, watching the stars, knowing that somewhere, her little dragon was flying free.
